libtasn1-6-dev software package provides Manage ASN.1 structures (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtasn1-6-dev
libtasn1-6-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtasn1-6-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtasn1-6-dev *
You will get with libtasn1-6-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
